Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Fees

  • We ship within Thailand using reliable nationwide courier services (e.g. Kerry, Thailand Post, or equivalent).

  • Standard shipping is free nationwide.

  • Expedited or express options may incur additional fee (if available).

Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery within Thailand: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
In rare cases of delay, we will notify you via email and provide tracking support.

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Delayed Delivery / Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed due to courier constraints or unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, public holidays), we will notify you by email and assist in tracking or filing claims with the courier.
