30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your NeuroVIZR product, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our sales team at sales@mfx.co.th for authorization and detailed instructions.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error caused by our company.

Product Warranty

Your NeuroVIZR device is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Return Shipping Costs

Within the 30-day return period, return shipping is free of charge.
After 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty service.
